All purchases of digital products, downloadable content, or online subscriptions (including lessons, worksheets, and educational games) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

2. Physical Products (If Applicable)
If you purchase physical goods from us (e.g., printed flashcards, books, or learning kits), you may request a return under the following conditions:
- Return Window: 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement at no extra charge or issue a refund after verifying the issue.

- No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle once access has been granted.
- Future billing will stop immediately upon cancellation.
